During the project to develop the Model NHS Talking Therapies Staff Wellbeing Strategy, over 230 available documents (academic and grey literature) were consulted and these formed part of the evidence base for the Model Strategy, along with NHS talking therapies staff engagement in the Thames Valley.
The following thematic discussion documents summarise this literature that is organised to reflect the four strategic aims of the Model Strategy: Leading; Managing; Team-working; and Belonging. Included in each summary are questions for individual or group reflection, to help consider the findings and perspectives on staff wellbeing in the context of an individual talking therapies service or any workplace setting.
