Every day we support innovation and improvement in the NHS through our partnerships with the health service, healthcare innovators and research.
Our new brochure includes more than 20 case studies, mostly drawn from our four key health and care priorities: cardiovascular disease, maternity/neonatal care, mental health, respiratory disease.
Examples include:
- implementing an innovative monitoring device which predicts and prevents asthma attacks in children
- developing and adopting digital health tools to support young people’s mental health
- evaluating new ways to run services for people who have had a minor stroke or transient ischaemic attack (TIA) including virtual clinics
