Looking after the workforce is an essential priority of the healthcare system. Providing opportunities for personal development can increase efficiency and effectiveness and stimulate innovation and improvement in patient safety, experience and outcomes.
From 2016-23 Health Innovation Oxford and Thames Valley ran a Masters-level programme to support healthcare professionals adopting innovation and managing change. Across 14 cohorts the programme supported 328 people from wide-ranging NHS roles.
