The Respiratory Transformation Partnership is supporting local projects across England to transform how asthma and COPD care is designed and delivered. These projects are bringing together NHS organisations, local authorities, industry and community partners to drive earlier diagnosis, improve condition management, and reduce health inequalities – shifting care closer to where people live.
