Krishana joined the organisation in 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics and Master’s degree in Health Economics from the University of East Anglia. She has experience working as a research consultant at a health economics consultancy conducting research and building health economic models.
Jon is the senior programme manager for deterioration within the patient safety team. He has 30 years’ experience in healthcare spanning Royal Air Force, Defence Medical Services, and the NHS. An intensive care nurse by background, Jon’s professional interests include patient safety, transfer medicine, and human factors.
Rebecca joined in August 2022. She has over ten years’ experience in mental health and talking therapies services. She is a psychological wellbeing practitioner (PWP) with a keen interest in improving patient outcomes. Rebecca has worked in primary care on depression and anxiety, progressing to clinical leadership roles.
Hayley joined in 2021. She is a mental health nurse with experience in acute inpatient care and treatment-resistant depression before becoming a safety and quality improvement lead across mental health and community health services.
