Barbara Lozito

Barbara’s background is in evaluation, service design and complex system transformation in public health. As a lead methodologist and senior programme evaluation manager, Barbara advises and manages research design and evaluation work across our projects while coordinating training on research methods with and across teams. Barbara’s role is to ensure that the Oxford HIN is at the forefront of latest research and evaluation methodologies that can be applied in a robust way in the real-world setting; Real World Evaluation will increase confidence in new innovations and assist with rapid adoption and scale up.

Barbara spent the last 10 years working with change makers in the NHS and the charity sector to transform health outcomes both in the UK and overseas. She is passionate about experimental research and social innovation, with a keen interest in developing replicable models for scaling successful interventions, maximising resources and optimising outcomes.
