James Rose
Director of Strategic and Industry Partnerships
James is a healthcare innovation and market access expert who leads industry engagement at Health Innovation Oxford and Thames Valley. He has over 20 years’ experience across life sciences, pharma and healthcare, helping innovators navigate the challenges of NHS adoption. James is a Trustee at the Primary Care Respiratory Society, where he works to improve care and support for respiratory patients across the UK. He co-led the Accelerated Access Collaborative Asthma Biologics programme with Dr Hitasha Rupani, shaping how severe asthma is treated and setting a model for future respiratory innovation.
Lauren Hudson
Project Manager
Lauren leads evaluation and adoption initiatives at Health Innovation Oxford and Thames Valley, with a focus on advancing innovative healthcare solutions. She has contributed to multiple respiratory projects and has a background in market access, where she specialised in generating early evidence to support innovators. She has worked in both R&D and commercial roles across the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
