Raghuv is Chief Executive of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust having succeeded Neil Macdonald in 2025. He was previously the trust’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this Raghuv was Director of Strategic Partnerships at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
