Flora has experience in conducting region-wide service evaluation and adoption projects. She led a programme aimed at implementing and evaluating various digital innovations across our partner NHS trusts. This also involved collaborating with clinical colleagues to complete a service pathway redesign, real-world evaluation and health economic study to gather the necessary evidence for further scaling up, adoption and spread. Currently, she is supporting several service evaluations and the adoption of technologies that aid in elective recovery.
