Rayan joined the organisation in 2024. She has over five years experience in research, health economics, impact investment and supporting innovators with economic evaluations and to secure funding. Rayan was previously a health economics consultant with UNAIDS, where she contributed to evaluations of HIV interventions. She holds a medical degree with dual masters degrees in public health and health economics from Imperial College London and the London School of Economics.
