Can we futureproof the health and care workforce?

0800-1800

Royal Society of Medicine, 1 Wimpole St, Marylebone, London, W1G 0AE

The Health Innovation Network and the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) are hosting a conference to discuss the workforce challenges facing the NHS. This is not your usual workforce conference. It will build on the ideas in the NHS Workforce Plan by bringing together a unique mix of speakers who will bring perspectives from the NHS, social care, local government, the voluntary and community sector, and service users. There will be input from different countries and other industries too. Dr Siân Rees, the Director of Community Involvement and Workforce Innovation at Health Innovation Oxford and Thames Valley, is the current President of the Medicine and Society section at the RSM and will be a key contributor on the day.
