Chronic kidney disease case finding and intervention

The Health Innovation Network continues to focus on cardiovascular renal metabolic (CVRM) disease including chronic kidney disease, and is committed to support systems with their local priorities.

Education is an important piece of the puzzle and the health innovation networks for Oxford & Thames Valley, Kent Surrey Sussex and Wessex (the South East Collaborative) are running a new series of three lunchtime webinars. They are open to all healthcare professionals/clinicians and programme managers with an interest or role in the subject matter. It is not a requirement to register for all three events in the series, although you may wish to do so.
