Mike Denis has been appointed as Director of Information Strategy at Oxford Academic Health Science Network (AHSN).
Mike has 26 years experience working in NHS health informatics.
He arrives from the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust where he holds a similar post. Mike is also senior informatics lead for the South London AHSN where he has focused on helping patients and the public to use information to improve their care experiences and outcomes.
He is lead Chief Information Officer for the Kings Health Partners Academic Health Science Centre for Research Informatics where he is responsible for establishing effective international collaboration with industry and academic institutes.
Mike takes up his post on 14 April.
